Developing Coherence: Meditative Practice in a Waldorf School

I hope colleagues may find this article of interest. The quesion of the link between individual meditation & study & pedagogical governance does not appear to have been widely explored. This article in the Research Bulletin of the Research Institute for Waldorf Education attempts to provide a starting point for a practical spiritual-scientific action research in the context of collegial/associative leadership.
